SFB 1313 DuMuX Short Course

SFB 1313 offers a DuMu^X Short Course, organized by its Integrated Research Training Group "Interface-Driven Multi-Field Processes in Porous Media IRTG-IMPM". The course aims at introducing the open-source simulator and research code DuMux (DUNE for Multi-{Phase, Component, Scale, Physics, …} flow and transport in porous media).

After an introductory part especially targeted at students and researchers that would like to start using DuMu^X , we will offer the participants to specialize on one of three topics related to the project areas of the SFB 1313: "Coupling free flow and porous-media flow", "flow in fractured porous media" as well as "fluid-solid phase change". Alternatively, participants can start implementing their own favorite model equations.
